Exercise Tips: How to Develop Unstoppable Motivation and Willpower

By: Don Pasco

  • Do you have trouble getting motivated to exercise?
  • Do you wish there was something you could do about it?
  • Do you think it’s your willpower that just doesn’t measure up?
  • What if there was a way for you to develop your willpower?
  • What if I could give you a few little secrets that you could use to create motivation and put to use to reach your fitness goals?
Well if you’re willing to supply just a little bit of desire and a little bit of effort, I’ll teach you how to develop an unstoppable motivation and willpower that your friends will envy.
The key to your success is a simple five letter word… and that word is habit.

Here is a poem that I read many years ago that I found to be very profound. I hope you enjoy it.

Who am I?

I am your constant companion.
I am your greatest helper or heaviest burden.
I will push you onward or drag you down to failure.
I am completely at your command.

Half the things you do you might just as well
turn over to me and I will be able to do them
quickly and correctly.

I am easily managed –
You must merely be firm with me.
Show me exactly how you want
Something done and after a few lessons
I will do it automatically.

I am the servant of all great men;
And alas, of all failures, as well.
Those who are great, I have made great.
Those who are failures, I have made failures.

I am not a machine,
Though I work with all the precision
Of a machine plus the intelligence of a man.
You may run me for a profit or run me for ruin –
It makes no difference to me.

Take me, train me, be firm with me,
And I will place the world at your feet.
Be easy with me and I will destroy you.
Who am I? I am habit!

You are Your Own Personal Limit

By: Kim Knight
Who or what has been hindering your growth? Who or what have you been blaming for not moving forward in your life? Who or what have you been pinpointing for your life not being the way you want it?

You might be surprised to know that whoever you can name or whatever circumstance you been confronted with in life, none of these are to blame for your capability of being succ
essful and moving forward. There is only one person who is capable to set boundaries limits to your growth and that person is YOU.

You are the only person who can change your life. You are the only person who can do anything about your happiness, your personal growth and your success. Fundamentally, you are the only person who can help yourself.

The reality is that your life does not change when your spouse changes, when your friends change, when your parents change or when your circumstances change. Your life changes when YOU change.

Your life changes when you rise above your limiting beliefs. Your life changes when you understand and accept that you are the only one responsible for your life.

It may be a cliché, but it really is true about what they say about the fact that the most important relationship you can have is the one you have with yourself.

Inquire carefully into yourself, observe yourself. Don't shy away from difficulties, challenges, pain and losses. Be a victor, create yourself and build your reality.

You are capable of visioning and setting up your own happiness and success. Blaming others and our circumstances are only excuses for not finding a solution. By staying a victim to blame, you only stand to get negative attention and remaining stuck in your life.

To get unstuck, accept full responsibility for your choices, decisions and actions. Redefine and set your limits and take a step forward in the direction you want to head.

You can play life as the victor or victim. What will you decide? Will you let others set your limits or are you in charge of how far you will go? The choice is yours.

Remember that it's the way you face Life that makes all the difference.
